What separates BWA DJ Services from other DJ’s?
The benefit to using a husband and wife team compared to a larger company with multiple DJ’s is simple. You will always know who you will be working with and automatically providing you with a backup DJ and emcee. From your first phone call or e-mail to the last dance we will be there with you every step of the way. We always strive to do our best no matter the size, type or location of the event.

How are we able to keep our prices so low?
By eliminating big name advertising and our abilities to maintain and service our own technology & equipment needs, we are able to provide you with the best price possible. We have built this business on our reputation of being fair along with great customer service. A referral is the best tip we can receive.

What Kind of Equipment Do You Use?
At BWA DJ Services we use professional equipment brands. Such as American DJ, Chauvet, & Peavey.

Can we choose our own music?
Absolutely. The choice of music you choose for your event helps your event to be a reflection of the guest(s) of honor.

What if there are songs not in the music selection?
Within our music selection, a custom song tab is provided for you to add any songs you would like.

Can I have a Do not play list?
Yes. If you don’t want to hear to it, we will not allow it be requested or played.

What time will you arrive to set up?
To ensure we avoid any delays we always strive to arrive at the event location 3 hours prior if permitted by the venue.

What will the DJ’s wear?
For him: a suit and tie, and for her: an evening gown with coordinating colors when available.

Does BWA have face to face interviews ?
Yes or we can chat over the phone and review your documents or meet in person the choice is up to you. We setup meetings times that are around your schedule.

What if my DJ gets sick or has a family emergency?
We make every attempt possible to get your event covered. We have contacts but however you should have a say in who DJ’s your event, we have no problem relinquishing planning forms and providing a full refund if necessary.

What lighting options do you have?
We have a lot to choose from, from intelligent up lighting to laser and club lighting, with those wishing to enhance and bring alive any event we have the options for you.

How interactive will my DJ be?
This is based on your preference. We can be subdued or interactive; we are not here to steal the spot light from you.

What is your deposit and payment schedule?
Our payment system is 2 easy steps. The deposit and first payment of 50% of the final cost is due 3 months prior, leaving the final payment of 50% due one month prior to your event.

Are there Emergency backups for music and equipment?
At BWA DJ Services we take pride in a certified computer and electronics engineer as part of our staff.  With the use of current technology we have built in duplicate and in some cases quadruplicated redundancies in our system, including but not limited to power failures. We have the capability to DJ up to four hours, without the use of electricity or generators.

Are you insured?
Yes we carry liability coverage.
